Champagne Wishes and Caviar Dreams (Catering Workshop)

Matadome Butler Leif Ytterstand will teach the do’s and don’ts of serving champagne. The attendees will experience interactive hands on training in how to read the bottle label, to chill champagne to the perfect temperature, how to properly open the bottle, how to hold the bottle to pour with perfection, how to select the perfect bottle and the perfect glass for the aircraft and why this makes a difference. Proper service and differences in flavor pairing when serving with different foods, canapes, caviar, chocolates, pastries or mixing to make champagne cocktails will be provided by On Air Dining.

Aircare Access RVS Plus - Remote Viewing Station - a telemedecine portable patient assessment and communication tool. 

The inflight safety aspect is crucial and this includes medical emergencies. None emergency checklists are approved by Eu civil aviation authorities, and so few internally used by private jets operators. 

AED's are  on board most of business jets, The need for RVS is essential for VIP flight safety conditions. 

Cabin crew  and flight crew can often feel alone when facing a passenger medical emergency. RVS Plus is the answer to be used by non medical staff, in permanent vision and audio coordination for crew and patient, with online doctor assistance, wherever in flight.
