Asad Rahman is a tech entrepreneur, innovation consultant, and a race driver (BMW Junior Program during the manufacturer's term in Formula One), with a background in international law, aviation and motorsport. He got his Business undergraduate in Bath, UK before going on to study as a Solicitor and then a Barrister at Gray's Inn London.

Paula is the catering contributor for globally-read BlueSky Business Aviation News magazine. She is active with many aviation and catering-related groups including the International Caterers Association, the International Inflight Food Service Association and is a board member of Women in Corporate Aviation. She is the past chair of the NBAA Flight Attendant Committee Caterer’s Working Group for 15 years perfecting unique catering training sessions for NBAA conferences and events. Currently, she serves on the NBAA Flight Attendant Advisory Committee and is a member of the Training and Safety Subcommittee. Paula was a founding member of the Steering committee for the creation of the European Corporate Flight Attendant Committee and Conference.

After founding Tastefully Yours Catering, she has been offering culinary and food safety related training to the general aviation community. With a strong dedication to improving catering safety, risk mitigation and safe food handling, she developed and introduced the concept of “catering safety management systems”. As a certified food safety instructor, Paula offers catering SMS and culinary classes for all aviation professionals.

Paula’s first-hand experience, business acumen, research, and relationships make her an industry expert – one which allows her to share information that will help raise the professional training level for flight attendants today that will reduce the risk of food-related concerns tomorrow.

Michelle has been in the aviation industry for 22 years with the last 10 years operating in the corporate sector. In 2017 Michelle founded Hastie Recruitment, a specialist aviation recruitment company providing amazing working opportunities to both pilots and flight attendants.

Michelle is an active VIP flight attendant and flies a number of regular clients on various aircraft types. She trains individuals to become private flight attendants on her new training course “be VIP” based at their amazing facility at Xjet London Stansted.

Michelle provides ongoing coaching for flight attendants with the added gain of placing individuals into opportunities worldwide through Hastie Recruitment.

Sharon began her aviation career as a Cabin Services Director with Qatar Airways and later transitioned to business aviation after winning a scholarship with Women in Corporate Aviation in 2011.

She currently manages the Inflight department of Falcon 2000 and 8x fleet based in Geneva Switzerland. Along with her current role, she founded StellarRose Services where she offers Inflight management solutions of coaching, into service delivery, on demand service workshops and VVIP flight attendant services.

She is an active member and International Liaison of Women in Corporation where she spearheads EBACE and international events each year.

Being a accomplished & commercially minded international executive in the aviation business with more than 20 years experience, I link my international background and global outlook with a proven track record in negotiating, advocacy and stakeholder management.

My skills and experience include International- & European aviation law, aero-political negotiations, lobbying & advocacy, speaking at conferences and with media outlets, consultancy and blog writing on my website www.atharhk.com.

Furthermore, I am keen to serve on the non-executive board of a humanitarian aid and/or human rights organisation.

Tamara is no stranger to the aviation sector with over 7500 flying hours and 23 years in the industry. Her experience began in the Air Force as an Instructor/Evaluator Flight Attendant supporting Air Force One, Vice Presidents, First Ladies, Congressmen, Senators and dignitaries. She is a certified International Business and Etiquette consultant from Protocol School of Washington. Tamara has worked in aircraft acquisitions, aircraft deliveries, established culinary training for the Air Force flight attendants and managed initial flight attendant training, coordinated flight crew scheduling, certified Air Force training standards, and is a certified instructor for Crew Resource Management.

 Since retiring from the Air Force, Tamara occupied the position of a lead flight attendant for multiple Fortune 500 companies. In this role, Tamara was responsible for coordinating hotels, catering, and ground transportation. She generated cabin checklists to ensure all FAA cabin safety requirements were met, customs and border patrol forms were correct and available, scheduled flight attendants, secured aircraft supplies, and ensured clients received specialized menu planning. Tamara continues to contract as a flight attendant, while concentrating on instructional courses at DaVinci as their Int’l Business Protocol and Etiquette / Crew Resource Management Subject Matter Expert.

 Tamara is involved with many aviation committees to include NBAA Flight Attendant/Flight Technician and Gulfstream Customer Advisory Board (Ret). She has an Associates in Aviation Management and B.S. in Education specific to Journalism. Tamara is currently working on her Corporate Aviation Management (CAM) and Body Language certification.  She has coordinated a international mentorship program designed specifically to enhance the profession of the flight attendant/flight technician.

 Tamara’s varied background in the Air Force, flying experience, and variety of certifications can provide the perfect foundation for flight departments and aviation professionals.

Leif resides in Paris, France, and is an Executive Butler with over 17 years in corporate and private service. He has extensive in-depth knowledge of private service, fine culinary cuisine, hospitality and world travel, with a strong focus of traditional service etiquette, protocol and security. Leif is currently a Director/Majordome, running a Private Luxury company for Corporate Executive’s, VVIP and UHNWI in France and Europe. As well an Instructor of Butler Service in the Sky courses at DaVinci Institute in Ft. Lauderdale.

Terri resides in Nordrhein-Westfalen, Germany, and has over 30 years’ service-related experience in the cruise line, commercial, and private VVIP aviation arenas.

She began her distinguished service-oriented career in 1984 as the Chief Purser onboard the ss Dolphin IV out of Miami, USA (her native country) where she was tasked with the well-being of over 600 passengers and 290 crew. Between 1986-1993 Terri worked in the commercial aviation sector for the US air carrier, Continental Airlines (current day United Airlines) as Manager of Inflight Service Policies and Procedures. As Manager, she developed the first Inflight Service manual and uniform guidelines for over 7500 Flight Attendants and was one of the team leaders in the development of the inflight service portion for the award-winning BusinessFirst product, which is still in place today.  The next 24 years (1993-2016) was in the private aviation sector as the Lead Flight Attendant and Supervising Flight Service Coordinator for the worlds largest oil producing company.  While in this role, Terri worked as the Lead Flight Attendant on a variety of executive aircraft reserved for use by very specific members of the Saudi Royal Family, Saudi Ministry, and Diplomatic Corps. As the Supervising Flight Service Coordinator, she was also tasked with the development of the Inflight Service and Safety Manual, menu design and standards, uniforms, grooming Flight Attendants for the high expectations of working on the aircraft, and development of the diplomatic and company protocols to be followed when on the aircraft and within The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Terri is recognized as an industry leader, having held Chair positions on the NBAA Scholarship and Safety and Training Subcommittees, NBAA Pilot training advisory subcommittee member, past member of the Lead Flight Attendant/Managers Roundtable, and guest speaker for Women in Aviation, Women in Corporate Aviation webinars, and the NBAA Flight Attendant and Flight Technician conferences.

Daniel has a long and established career within recruitment and has an in-depth knowledge of recruitment law and HR practices. In 2017 Daniel, alongside his wife Michelle founded Hastie Recruitment, a specialist aviation recruitment company providing amazing working opportunities to both pilots and flight attendants.

Daniel oversees the team working with several regular clients through Europe and Worldwide, covering the full range of aircraft types. With Daniel’s background in both aviation and recruitment, as well as providing permanent and freelance working opportunities, he offers access to "be VIP" which is the most cutting edge VIP flight attendant training and provides interview skills techniques together with CV writing services.
