She is the past chair of the NBAA Flight Attendant Committee Caterer’s Working Group for 15 years perfecting unique catering training sessions for NBAA conferences and events. Currently, she serves on the NBAA Flight Attendant Advisory Committee and is a member of the Training and Safety Subcommittee. Paula was a founding member of the Steering committee for the creation of the European Corporate Flight Attendant Committee and Conference.

With a strong dedication to improving catering safety, risk mitigation and safe food handling, she developed and introduced the concept of “catering safety management systems”. Her experience began in the Air Force as an Instructor/Evaluator Flight Attendant supporting Air Force One, Vice Presidents, First Ladies, Congressmen, Senators and dignitaries. She is a certified International Business and Etiquette consultant from Protocol School of Washington. Tamara has worked in aircraft acquisitions, aircraft deliveries, established culinary training for the Air Force flight attendants and managed initial flight attendant training, coordinated flight crew scheduling, certified Air Force training standards, and is a certified instructor for Crew Resource Management.

     Since retiring from the Air Force, Tamara occupied the position of a lead flight attendant for multiple Fortune 500 companies. In this role, Tamara was responsible for coordinating hotels, catering, and ground transportation. She generated cabin checklists to ensure all FAA cabin safety requirements were met, customs and border patrol forms were correct and available, scheduled flight attendants, secured aircraft supplies, and ensured clients received specialized menu planning. Tamara continues to contract as a flight attendant, while concentrating on instructional courses at DaVinci as their Int’l Business Protocol and Etiquette / Crew Resource Management Subject Matter Expert.

     Tamara is involved with many aviation committees to include NBAA Flight Attendant/Flight Technician and Gulfstream Customer Advisory Board (Ret). She has an Associates in Aviation Management and B.S. in Education specific to Journalism. Tamara is currently working on her Corporate Aviation Management (CAM) and Body Language certification.  She has coordinated a international mentorship program designed specifically to enhance the profession of the flight attendant/flight technician.

    Terri resides in Nordrhein-Westfalen, Germany, and has over 30 years’ service-related experience in the cruise line, commercial, and private VVIP aviation arenas.

    She began her distinguished service-oriented career in 1984 as the Chief Purser onboard the ss Dolphin IV out of Miami, USA (her native country) where she was tasked with the well-being of over 600 passengers and 290 crew. Between 1986-1993 Terri worked in the commercial aviation sector for the US air carrier, Continental Airlines (current day United Airlines) as Manager of Inflight Service Policies and Procedures. As Manager, she developed the first Inflight Service manual and uniform guidelines for over 7500 Flight Attendants and was one of the team leaders in the development of the inflight service portion for the award-winning BusinessFirst product, which is still in place today.  The next 24 years (1993-2016) was in the private aviation sector as the Lead Flight Attendant and Supervising Flight Service Coordinator for the worlds largest oil producing company.  While in this role, Terri worked as the Lead Flight Attendant on a variety of executive aircraft reserved for use by very specific members of the Saudi Royal Family, Saudi Ministry, and Diplomatic Corps. As the Supervising Flight Service Coordinator, she was also tasked with the development of the Inflight Service and Safety Manual, menu design and standards, uniforms, grooming Flight Attendants for the high expectations of working on the aircraft, and development of the diplomatic and company protocols to be followed when on the aircraft and within The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

    Terri is recognized as an industry leader, having held Chair positions on the NBAA Scholarship and Safety and Training Subcommittees, NBAA Pilot training advisory subcommittee member, past member of the Lead Flight Attendant/Managers Roundtable, and guest speaker for Women in Aviation, Women in Corporate Aviation webinars, and the NBAA Flight Attendant and Flight Technician conferences.
